How we delete operator data
If you connected an Instagram professional account to this app, we store an access token, catalog, and fetched posts. Meta can ask us to delete that data. We also delete it when you disconnect on the Instagram page or remove the app in Instagram settings.
How to request deletion
- Disconnect Instagram from this app, or remove the app under Instagram Settings → Apps and websites.
- That removes the shop token, catalog, and stored posts on our side.
- Customer DMs live on Instagram. Delete those in the Instagram inbox if you need them gone there.
Removing app access in Instagram
If you connected or authorized a Meta app related to this account, you can remove it from Instagram or Facebook under Settings → Apps and websites. That stops future access from your side.
