What this service is
This is a small Instagram direct-message assistant used by the ResponBot — Neural Evo business account. When someone messages that account, the assistant can send an automatic reply.
What we receive
Instagram (Meta) may send us a webhook when a message arrives. That payload can include:
- An Instagram-scoped user ID (not your username or password)
- The text or type of the incoming message
- A message ID used only to avoid sending the same reply twice
What we store
We do not store personal data. Incoming events are handled in memory so we can reply, then discarded. We do not keep a message history, user list, or analytics database.
How we use information
Message events are used only to send a reply in the same Instagram conversation. We do not sell data, show ads, or share information with other companies, except Meta, which already operates Instagram.
Third parties
Instagram messaging is provided by Meta. Their own privacy policy applies to your Instagram account and inbox: Instagram Privacy Policy.
Your choices
